These 16-gauge steel fillers have an E-coat finish (ready-to-paint) and mate up to Klock Werks Lower Fillers or the stock panels on Street Glides, accenting the line of your fender and hiding clutter for a custom look. Upper Fillers are available in two versions: a smooth version for models with or without detachable backrests, and a slotted version for models with detachable Tour-Pak®. Eliminates stock license plate mount bar. All are sold in pairs and include all necessary hardware and instructions to install them.
